Regular stock (non-clearance) items may be exchanged within 14 days for other merchandise or store credit, provided the item is in new condition. Restocking and/or delivery fees may apply to exchanges. If an order is canceled, a minimum 15% restocking fee and possible labor charges may apply.
Special order items cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. Availability dates are estimated based on information available at the time the order is placed. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the manufacturer’s production schedule, inventory levels, material availability, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond the control of Emerson's Furniture. Special order items held longer than 30 days must be paid in full.
If your item was shipped directly from the manufacturer via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, please follow the return instructions included with your shipment. Return policies vary by manufacturer.
Return shipping fees are typically the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your shipment arrives damaged, contact the manufacturer immediately.
Direct ship orders cannot be canceled more than 24 hours after placement. Returned items must be unused, unassembled, unmodified, in new condition, and in their original packaging.
Delivery fees are non-refundable. Please carefully review product dimensions and measure your space, including doorways and stairways, before ordering.

All clearance sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are allowed. Clearance items are clearly marked in-store and online and indicated on customer orders. For online clearance purchases, we strongly recommend viewing the item in-store prior to buying.

Items must be in new condition to qualify for a return.
